Tangtong Gyalpo Bodhisattva

H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo is a greatly accomplished person within Tibetan esoteric Buddhism who attained the rainbow body. He is a great Bodhisattva known and respected by one and all in Tibet. He is also an extremely holy person who has made huge contributions to the Tibetan people. It was this great Bodhisattva who was the father of medicine, ferryboats, bridges, and operas in Tibet. He has brought to the living beings of Tibet limitless blessings. To this day, Tibetan temples and families continue to worship H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo Bodhisattva.

The first Tangtong Gyalpo left the household life to become a monk when he was very young. He studied the sutras and treatises and became good at debating the sutras. Although he possessed the Five Vidyas, he remained modest, simple, and down-to-earth. In order to provide a model of self-cultivation, H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo followed and learned under many people of great virtue. He also engaged in solitary, quiet cultivation for a long period of time at the Eri Temple. Later, he received teachings directly from Dakini Niguma and became a person greatly accomplished in the dharma. People praised H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo with the following words: ¨In the vast realm of emptiness, there is a yogi who intensively studies emptiness and who is like the King of Fearlessness. His name is Tangtong Gyalpo.〃 He has also been respectfully called Zhibai Wangxiu Tangtong Gyalpo, which means the accomplished, free and unhindered Tangtong Gyalpo!

During a certain year in history, there was a serious drought and famine in Tibet. H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo conducted a Dharma Assembly in front of the Sakyamuni Buddha statue in the Jo-khan Temple in Lhasa. At that Dharma Assembly, he wrote ¨A Prayer to Eliminate Famine.〃 Many people then saw Kuan Yin Bodhisattva in the sky disseminating various grains. The famine ended not long after that. There was another time when war and chaos occurred in the Muya district of Kham in Tibet, causing people to leave their homes and wander about. H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo made a vow and wrote ¨A Prayer to End War and Chaos.〃 People in that area very soon after that ended their mutual hatred and instead treated one another in a peaceful, friendly, and loving manner. There was another year when a pestilence broke out in a large area covering a religious site of the Sakya sect, causing countless deaths. The chanting of mantras and the offering of sacrifices could not end the pestilence. Thus, H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo again practiced dharma and wrote ¨A Prayer to End the Disaster of Illness.〃 As a result, the pestilence disappeared forthwith.

In previous times in Tibet, it was very difficult for people to cross rivers. The river waters mercilessly took away peopleˇs lives as they attempted to cross the rivers. Thus, H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo made improvements to ferryboats and began building bridges. In that lifetime, he built fifty iron-chain bridges, sixty wooden bridges, and many temples. One of those temples was the Tangge Lakong (the Tangtong Gyalpo Temple), which was the first temple in the Derge region.

With respect to medicine, H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo established the Medicine King Temple at Jiabori in Lhasa, invented a white pill that cured all kinds of internal medical diseases, and invented a red pill that cured epidemic diseases. Thus, he became the founder of Tibetan medicine. That white pill and red pill are used in Tibetan medicine even to this very day to relieve the sufferings of living beings.

H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo Bodhisattva also wrote many Tibetan operas and established the Ache Lhamo opera troupe, the members of which acted out Tibetan historical stories through song and dance and pioneered Tibetan operas.

H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo was the supreme leader of four esoteric sects within India, Bhutan, Sikkim, Mongolia, and Eastern Tibet. He possessed teachings from many dharma lineages, the most remarkable of which were the lineage to extend oneˇs life and the lineage to bring in wealth and change oneˇs fortune. Everyone in Tibet, no matter what sect he or she belonged to, believed in and practiced such lineages and scriptures. Countless disciples of H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo became accomplished in the dharma under his teachings and attained great supernatural powers, wisdom and great compassion. More than one hundred disciples of his attained the rainbow body or the transformation rainbow body. All Tibetan people know that H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo is truly a great patriarch of Tibetan esoteric Buddhism and a great Bodhisattva. Later, each time H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo incarnated into this world. He was a great patriarch who spread the dharma, liberated living beings, and pervasively benefited people.

H.E. the sixteenth Tangtong Gyalpo Bodhisattva (Thangtrul Rinpoche) took birth in Bhutan. His physical appearance resembles that of Guru Padmasambhava. Even when he sleeps, his eyes remain open. He saw H.H. Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu during a Dharma Assembly that took place in 2005 at Hua Zang Si in San Francisco, U.S.A. In a supernatural state of samadhi, he instantly saw that H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III, the highest ancient Buddha in the dharma realm, had already come to this world again. He at once formally acknowledged H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu as his master. H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III asked him, ¨Did you follow and learn dharma under Guru Padmasambhava? Why have you come here?〃 H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo answered that he had received teachings directly from Guru Padmasambhava and from H.H. Sakya Trizin who is the nirmanakaya of Manjushri Bodhisattva. He also said that he had come to request the highest dharma in order to save living beings. H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III immediately snapped His fingers, and a dharma bowl manifested awesome power. H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III then accepted H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo as one of his disciples who is on the level of a great venerable one and performed an initiation for him. H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo took that dharma bowl back to his home country.

He later learned that the book A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma about the H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu Holiest Tathagata was about to be published. He thereupon organized many rinpoches to practice the Kuan Yin Dharma one billion times as an offering to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III. He also sent his written congratulations stating that His Holiness is the master of Buddhas, the magnificence of His Holiness is supreme and that in this world no other holy being in history can compare with His Holiness.

H.E. Queji Jiangyang Qingzhen

H.E. Queji Jiangyang Qingzhen was a disciple of H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III who truly manifested realization. This Sakya rinpoche of great holiness had white hair and a youthful complexion. His silver beard extended below his belly, and a heavenly eye opened between his eyebrows. Through his practice he attained the state in which his whole body was semi-transparent. Thus, his three channels and five chakras could be vaguely seen. He realized a state of true longevity equal to that of heaven. The rinpoche was able to fly through the air, coming and going anywhere with total ease and control. When he received from H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III an inner-tantric initiation in the holy form called Drawing Lots From a Golden Vase, the lot landed upon the Xian Liang Great Perfection mandala. The Buddha Master transmitted to him the Lion Vajra Dharma and the highest great dharma called the Xian Liang Great Perfection Dharma. Right then and there H.E. Queji Jiangyang Qingzhen realized the rainbow-body perfection state.

H.E. Kaichu Rinpoche

Kaichu Jiaozun is a very loyal disciple of H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III’s. He cultivates himself with a pure heart in accordance with the Dharma. He is an reincarnated rinpoche recognized by Dharma King Mohe. Among a group of venerable ones and rinpoches who received a tonsure initiation from H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III, Kaichu Jiaozun attained accomplishment at the fastest pace and reached the highest realization. He lived with Dharma King Mohe for a long period of time and followed that Dharma King for over eight years. He always regards Buddhist matters as his first priority. He underwent many tests, both open and secret, and showed tremendous sincerity. Due to holy karmic conditions in following Elder Dharma King Mohe, his merit matured. He was finally able to receive from H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III a holy form of Inner-tantric Initiation called Xianliang Great Perfection Initiation and Casting of Lots Upon a Mandala. At that initiation, he attained the rainbow-body Dharma state within one hour. He thereby attained rapid realization and accomplishment that had never been heard of before.

Kaichu Jiaozun demonstrated his inner power from the Tummo Samahdi transmitted to him by H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III in public in around 2010, in which he raised his torso temperature to 92 degree Celsius and cooked a raw egg. Then at the age of 88 on February 9, 2020, with a body weight of 188 pounds, and three deformed fingers resulted from an old injury on His right hand, Kaichu Jiaozun lifted a First-degree Holy Pestle with only that crippled hand and placed it on the platform, surpassing His weight standard by 16 levels. He showed the extraordinary physical quality and strength a holy person has.

Kaichu Jiaozun lifted the 200-lb pestle onto the platform with only the right hand where there are three deformed fingers and showed His holy strength that surpassed His standard weight by 16 levels.

Dharma King Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso

Dharma King Gar Tongstan IV Ciren Gyatso is a faithful disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. He had realized true emptiness and accomplished the holy state to control His own death and rebirth. He passed away in liberation in September, 2018.

In “Inquiry Reply No. 20180102” issued by World Buddhist Association Headquarters in 2018, it was stated, “Today, two members of the board of directors of World Buddhism Association Headquarters went to seek instructions from the Dharma King, as some people are asking when the Dharma King will leave this world in a state of liberation. Dharma King Gar Tongstan said that he had accomplished control over his birth and death by practicing a dharma, the Yidam of which is H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III. He said that once a last dharma is performed, he will write a decision letter about his leaving this world and then will leave this world in a state of liberation. He stated that he will not waste any time. Upon hearing that, members of the Persons of Holy Virtue Group at World Buddhism Association Headquarters immediately entered a supernatural observance and found that Dharma King Gar Tongstan had already fully realized the status of Shangzun at the level of Gold Button Grade 3!

Why was the Dharma King able to speak with such certainty? In today’s world, where could people possibly find such Buddha-dharma by which they can attain control over their own birth and death? For almost 100 years, there has not been Buddha-dharma that astounded the world in this way. The Dharma King said that once a last dharma has been performed, he would leave this world in a state of liberation as soon as possible. What dharma was he waiting for? What kind of decision letter would he leave behind? Anyway, that would happen very soon. It was just a matter of waiting for a dharma assembly to take place. We eagerly waited to see whether what he said was empty talk or a reference to an actual great dharma!

In September 2018, Dharma King Gar Tongstan beseeched his beneficent Buddha Master, H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III, to perform a holy fire-mandala grand offering. He said, “Your Holiness the Buddha should use this highest and greatest Dharma of Tathagata to verify whether those who flaunt the banners of their lineages in society are ordinary or holy people, whether they are amateurs in Buddhism who have lost the lineage of true Dharma. Those who carry evil views have made much efforts in social-media websites on the internet to undermine and slander the conduct and dharma of my beneficent Master, H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III. This is the only way for us to refute their evilness and show what true Buddha Dharma is!”

H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III said, “You are wrong. One must not cause others to feel bad for one’s own sake. I am not able to perform that Dharma. Even if I were to perform it, I would only be able to chant according to the rituals.”

Dharma King Gar Tongstan continued to beseech, “My beneficent Buddha Master, even assuming that Dharma is not performed for the sake of validating Yourself, that Dharma still needs to be performed for the sake of validating true Dharma of Tathagata, for the sake of living beings in the entire western world so as to eliminate their disasters and pray for their good fortune, and for my sake, Your disciple Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso, who is beseeching true Buddha Dharma so that I may have the requisites for my accomplishment!”

H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III then said, “Since this relates to the great cause of spreading true Buddha Dharma in the entire western world, and for the sake of praying for good fortune to benefit living beings, you can rest assured that this Dharma assembly will be performed. Even if I do not do perform it, a person of tremendously holy virtue will perform it.”

On September 17th, a metalwork specialist led a team to rush the fabrication of a brass cauldron. On September 18th, Sister Xuanhui brought sandalwood pieces and charcoals from the residence of Dharma King Gar Tongstan to be burnt during the homa fire-offering. On September 19th, the “Holy Fire-Offering Grand Dharma Assembly” was formally held at the Holy Miracles Temple in the United States.

The “Holy Fire-Offering Dharma” is the king of all Dharmas in eliminating karmic hindrances and increasing good fortune. About eighty years ago in Tibet, this Dharma was once successfully performed by Master Phapongka and Kangsa Rinpoche. Ever since, both in Tibet and the Han Chinese regions, the so-called Fire-offering Dharma has been something that is merely described in books or mentioned orally as being a holy Dharma practice; that is, there has not been any actual manifestation of holy states during that time. There have only been conventional dharma practices performed through the chanting of rituals.

However, at the Holy Fire-Offering Grand Dharma Assembly that was performed by a tremendously holy virtuous one at Holy Miracles Temple in the United States on September 19th, 2018, Vajra Maternal Buddha personally arrived in the sky. Her entire tall and enormous blue body emitted light. In an article published on the internet, someone said that they saw Vajra Maternal Buddha flick a finger, sending forth a flash of light from the sky. The fire inside the cauldron then ignited.

However, I have interviewed quite a few people who saw something different. They saw that Vajra Maternal Buddha, who was blue, manifest Herself in the sky. She was enormous, very tall, and extremely dignified and majestic. Her body and movements changed. A net of fire and lightning swirled around Her entire body. As soon as the fire-ignition guardian finished beseeching Her to ignite the fire, Vajra Maternal Buddha suddenly emitted a flash of light from between Her eyebrows directly into the fire cauldron. In an instant, a raging fire started burning! At that time, only five pieces of sandalwood had been placed inside the fire cauldron. How could such a raging fire possibly ignite in an instant?

Subsequently, the demons captured inside the Vajra demon-subduing bowl struggled desperately to escape, trying to shake the bowl to find an exit. Right at the moment that the bowl was shaking, Vajra Maternal Buddha again sent forth a flame from between Her eyebrows directly toward the demon-subduing bowl. Suddenly, the sound “Hong” was heard. The demon-subduing bowl emitted golden flames, instantly turning the demons and black karma of the attendance into pulverized powder. Vajra Maternal Buddha subdued the demons, whose souls were brought to a Buddha-land to be edified! The nearly 100 Buddhist cultivators attending the Dharma assembly were greatly astonished, and they were all prostrating themselves non-stop to pay obeisance!

At the dharma assembly, the one of tremendously holy virtue announced to the practitioners, “This Dharma assembly has now been performed. Dharma King Gar Tongstan will very soon leave the world.”

Sure enough, this was precisely the last Dharma assembly that Dharma King Gar Tongstan said he was waiting for. On the next day, the Dharma King took a bath, changed his clothes, and entered his Dharma practice. In front of his meditation seat, there was a writing desk, brush and ink, paper, and white-out fluid. After writing a letter respectfully bidding farewell to H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III, the Dharma King immediately went into a sitting meditation and passed away in a state of liberation.

When monastics from different temples heard the news and quickly made their way to the site, they found that right after the Dharma King put down his brush, he passed away in a state of liberation gracefully and completely at ease. At that time, everyone came to realize that the Verses of Respectful Farewell written by Dharma King Gar Tongstan are pointing living beings to where the true, great Dharma of Tathagata is. That is, the true Dharma is held and controlled by H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III. It is the same as the Dharma of Shakyamuni Buddha; namely, the Buddha Dharma that is non-sectarian and that belongs to the entirety of Buddhism!

The following are the Verse of Respectful Farewell written by Dharma King Gar Tongstan:

Namo beneficent Master, H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III
Disciple Gar Tongstan Ciren Gyatso has decided to leave this world.

As life is filled with suffering,
I rushed about learning Buddhism and seeking enlightenment.
I have followed many masters:
Guang Qin, Xuan Hua, Kalu,
And Dharma King Dilgo Khyentse,
Diligently practicing their dharmas and the Sakya unshared LamDre Dharma,
All to no avail.
Thankfully, I met my Buddha Master.
Through the Mahamudra of Liberation that is supreme and unsurpassed,
And the secret initiations and transmissions of holy Dharma from my Buddha Master,
I achieved control over my own birth and death.
My direct realization is reality.
I now put down my brush and leave this world,
Entering into the state of liberation before the ink dries.

Dharma King Gar Tongstan passed away in a liberated state exactly at the foretold time

The farewell note to Buddha Master written by Dharma King Gar Tonstan right before his passing.

Dharma King Gar Tongstan attained liberation from death and rebirth. He left before the ink was dry. After the cremation of Dharma King Gar Tongstan, a lot of hard shariras as well as sharira flowers in green, blue, yellow, white and black colors, and one sharari tooth were found, which was unprecedented in history. They are the manifestation that what the Dharma King had said is true.

Dharma Master Yizhao

Venerable Dharma Master Yizhao (1927-2013) was born in Guangdong, China. He went to the Zhulin Zen Monastery of Hong Kong in 1940, and became a monastic in 1941 after receiving a tonsure. He received the transmission of Viyana from Master Xuyun at the Nanhua Temple in 1944. He then received the transmission of the Linji (Rinzai) Dharma lineage from Master Xuyun and became the 44th Dharma holder of the lineage. He established the Guyan Pure Monastery in Hong Kong in 1952, and returned to the Zhulin Temple to assist in the remodeling of the grand hall. Later, he became the Abbot of the Zhulin Temple. He passed away in liberation in 2013.

Venerable Dharma Teacher Yizhao is the successor to H.E. Dharma Master Xuyun. He is truly a person of holy virtue within present-day Zen Buddhism. Having realized the supreme fruit of Bodhi, the venerable one long ago extirpated all roots leading to his further reincarnation. In order to save living beings in the earthly realm from suffering, the elder monk emulated Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva by making the following vow: “As long as there is any living being in the earthly realm, I vow not to become a Buddha.” He has been praised as being the nirmanakaya of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. The venerable one received an Amrit Empowerment Initiation from H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III and was praised by H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III as being a rare, outstanding, and enlightened monk who abides by the precepts. Below is a photograph of Venerable Dharma Teacher Yizhao. While he received the Amrit Dharma Empowerment from H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III, he witnessed the assembly of over a million wasps that did not dare to harm anyone there.

Dharma Master Puguan

Venerable Dharma Teacher Puguan was a disciple of H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III who His Holiness personally taught. He was a famous and eminent monk in China and was the 13th Patriarch of Mt. Emei. In the 1980’s, the dharma teacher began renovating an ancient Buddhist temple in order to spread the true dharma of the Buddha. Dharma Teacher Puguan and Dharma Teacher Guozhang were invited to the Kaihua Temple on Mt. Wuzhong in Dayi County, which was the first stop in the spread of Buddhism southward. Under extremely difficult circumstances, they met many supporters, renovated the temple, and trained many monks. In 1998, the dharma teacher’s meritorious actions were complete. He passed away in the meditation posture having attained control over his life and death. Eight years after his passing, he still sits in a stupa in that meditation posture without having rotted at all.

Dharma Master Tonghui

Venerable Dharma Teacher Tonghui (1922-2013) is the Abbot of the Longju Temple made famous by Jiangxi Mazu. He is a close disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s from whom he learned and practiced dharma. He was also called Elder Monk Tonghui. He had transcended the ordinary and entered the state of holiness a long time ago. His status is that of a holy monk.

There are many examples of his awesome virtue. People often see dharma protecting deities wherever he is. There is a large withered ginkgo tree at his temple that had been dead for over thirty years. After Venerable Dharma Teacher Tonghui sprinkled Bodhi Holy Water on it, the gingko tree came back to life. In 1992, Venerable Dharma Teacher Tonghui went to Burma to respectfully receive and take back with him an image of the Buddha. The night before the Dharma teacher arrived, many people in Burma suddenly dreamed that he was a golden Arhat and would soon come to Burma. The next day when he arrived in Burma, hoards of people made offerings to him. In Hinayana Buddhism, Arhats are praised in the same way that Bodhisattvas who attained the marvelous fruit of enlightenment are praised. It is clear that Venerable Dharma Teacher Tonghui is an amazing and great sage.

The Venerable Dharma Teacher Tonghui passed away in liberation from death and rebirth on February 26, 2013 at the worldly age of 92. After His passing, His body was respectfully stowed in a closed urn and placed in the Mazu Hall of the Longju Temple. In accordance with His antemortem instructions, His urn was reopened by His disciples, together with over one thousand Buddhist disciples, in public three years after His passing on June 12, 2016, following the ancient Buddhist rituals. The flesh body of the Venerable Dharma Teacher Tonghui looked full and complete, with the color of jade, after the urn was opened. Such a holy feat showed once again that true Buddha Dharma is real and practical!

Venerable Dharma Teacher Qingding

Dharma Master Qingding

Venerable Dharma Teacher Qingding (1903-1999) was the successor to the Dharma lineage of H.E. Dharma Master Nenghai of the Geluk sect. He had over one million disciples and was a famous monk in China. He was a greatly virtuous Han-Chinese Dharma teacher of the Geluk sect. He attained accomplishment through practicing the Yamantaka Vajra Dharma. The venerable Dharma teacher was one of the disciples of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s that had received an Inner-tantric Initiation. Venerable Dharma Teacher Yongding

Dharma Master Yongding

Dharma Teacher Yongding was a disciple of H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III who His Holiness personally taught. His meritorious actions were outstanding, and his realization was extraordinary. He conducted himself as the ancient virtuous monks did. Dharma Teacher Yongding was a man of true cultivation and true realization. His good deeds and holy feats were countless, and his dharma powers were amazing. He was a widely praised individual who could communicate with the heavenly realm and the hell realm. In his youth before he became a monk, his native town experienced a great drought not seen in one hundred years. Buddhist dharma masters and Daoist adepts tried for several months to solve the drought but could not. Not a drop of water could be found in that town. Dharma Teacher Yong Ding wrote his name on a piece of paper and invoked rain to fall. The sun was blazing in the sky. About five minutes later, there was pouring rain. When the Dayi County government was building the Master Wan Ko Yee (H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III) Museum in 1994, the dharma teacher consulted with the Emperor of Heaven about the weather for the upcoming three-month period. Each day, his weather forecasts were written for all to see in the mess hall at the work site. Those forecasts were not off by one bit for that entire three-month period. One time the dharma teacher lifted his hand and thereby split a tree trunk a kilometer away from him. The tree was so wide that only two people together could embrace it.

Elder Master Wuming

Venerable Elder Monk Wuming is a spiritual leader of the exoteric Buddhism, and a formal honorary chairman of the China Buddhist Sangha Council in Taiwan. He personally experienced and witnessed H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III inviting Buddhas to bestow from the space true amrit. He passed away at Haiming Temple on July 19, 2011, at the worldly age of 102. Haiming Temple was undergoing a celebratory Dharma assembly in the morning on the anniversary of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva attaining accomplishment on that day. Then after the Buddhist disciples received the news of the Elder Monk Wuming’s passing in the afternoon, they gathered to chant Buddha’s name and return the merit, to pray for the Elder Monk’s return to save living beings.

Throughout his entire life, Venerable Dharma Master Wuming strictly observed the precepts and cultivated himself in a practical and thorough manner. His fundamental practice was the Avalokiteshvara Dharma gate, which he has penetrated deeply. He had edified countless people and was praised as “the incarnation of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva in Taiwan.” He was acclaimed as the “World King of Monks” in the exoteric Buddhist circles. Venerable Elder Monk Wuming manifest his two-face and two-arm nirmanakaya form when H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III invited the Buddhas to bestow amrit and gave him the empowerment initiation. That revealed that he is a holy monk and the incarnation of a Bodhisattva. Buddhist disciple Zhao Yusheng

Layman Zhao Yusheng is a disciple of H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III. He had terminal illness, but he repented his black karma sincerely and completely. H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III performed an Inner-tantric Initiation for him, in which he was received by the Yidamof the Dharma-Amitabha Buddha. At his passing in June, 2017, Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva came to take his consciousness to the Western World of Ultimate Bliss. Below are two stories, told by Layman Zhao Yusheng himself, and someone who were very close to him, before and after his passing separately.

My name is Zhao Yusheng, my Dharma name is Yusheng. I am a Buddhist disciple. I am also the executive vice president at the Yibao Artistic Building Materials Ltd. in Foshan. I used to be a disciple under Hengsheng Rinpoche, a master in the Esoteric Sect. Hengsheng Rinpoche was also the chairman of the Yibao Artistic Building Materials Ltd in Foshan. He asked me to do things together with him that caused damages to Yibao Artistic Building Materials Ltd. In Foshan and hurt people’s interest so that his own personal and business interests could be maintained. Moreover, I carried out things according to his evil rules. Consequently, bad retributions have occupied me. When I realized that I had already invoked quite a bit of bad karma and that I got an incurable, nasty disease as a result, I decided to leave Hengsheng Rinpoche and the Esoteric sect. I returned to the pure teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha, and I followed H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III to learn the correct teachings, views, and knowledge in the Tripitaka. But because I am naturally such a dimwit, I found it very difficult to truly understand the meaning of the Tripitaka. That and all the karmic deeds that I had accrued since the beginningless time, I couldn’t go into samadhi when I practiced meditation. My body and mind languished and I became weaker by the day. The doctor told me: “You need to decide whether to have a funeral here in the US or back in China.” At this time, a very kind and compassionate dharma sister consoled me on the phone and said: “You need to let go of everything. Carry no worry about anything in this world. Go and beseech Buddha Master to send you to the Western World of Ultimate Bliss.”

I flew to LA on June 27, 2017. I presented the Buddha Master with my request. Buddha Master asked me: “Can you let go of everything in the world? Can you really do it? Can you really not care at all?” I answered: “I let go of everything in the world. I only wish to go to the Wester World of Ultimate Bliss.” Buddha Master asked me: “Are you sincere? Does that come from the bottom of your heart?” I said: “I have no second thoughts. I beseech Buddha Master to please send me to the Western World of Ultimate Bliss.” Buddha Masters then said to me: “You have already done away with any worldly attachment. You are so sincere, yet so sick. Under these double karmic causes and conditions, your Dharmic affinity has become mature. Alright! I shall transmit to you a great Dharma just based on the mature convergence of these two dharmic conditions.” Buddha Master said: “It doesn’t count if it is just I saying it. I will ask Amitabha Buddha to speak to you directly.” Then Buddha Master started transmitting the great Dharma. It is really something difficult to encounter in millions of kalpas! After going through the things which Buddha Master asked me to pay attention to, I underwent a Determination by Holy Selection, and my Yidam was determined to be Amitabha Buddha! I chose a place that was about five meters away, and I beseeched Buddha Master to stand there to transmit the Dharma to me.

As the Dharma transmission started, Buddha Master began to pray. He told me not to close my eyes and let me chant the holy name of the Buddha. I chanted Namo Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, Namo Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva, Namo Manjushri Bodhisattva, Namo Vajrapani Bodhisattva, and Namo Maitreya Bodhisattva. Then when I chanted Namo Amitabha Buddha, suddenly I was very excited because a loud bell sound came in my ears. Amitabha Buddha suddenly appeared in the air and emitted golden light as He slowly descended into the altar. I quickly prostrated myself to Amitabha Buddha. Amitabha Buddha touched my head and pointed to the west to let me see the gate to the World of Ultimate Bliss. Light rays shone from inside the gate, and golden light enveloped the outside of the gate. Its brightness was a million times more than the sun. Of course, I cannot name this multiple very precisely, but it was several times stronger than the sun at noontime. That is why I say that the light intensity was a million times stronger than the sun. At that time, I heard Buddha Master say to me very happily: “You have succeeded! Your Yidam, Amitabha Buddha, has accepted you!” I was so happy and excited beyond compare. I kowtowed desperately to express my gratitude. I have tremendous gratitude towards the supremely revered Namo H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III who is my benevolent Buddha Master! Additionally, Amitabha Buddha said to me that at the time when my life ends, it will be so arranged that Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva will come to take me to go to the middle-middle level! That is exactly what Buddha Master had foretold me earlier! But, I also know well that the reason why I could have this fortunate outcome is all because the benevolent Buddha Master had removed a lot of my black karma for me. I had chanted Buddha’s name for thirty-some years. All I had hoped is I could go to the Western World of Ultimate Bliss without difficulty at the end of my life. I had never dared to wish for any level in there. Today, I saw Amitabha Buddha promise me in person to arrange for Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva to come and take me to the middle-middle level in the Western World of Ultimate Bliss! It is all because H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III gave His grace to me that I could have such wonderful and special karmic conditions!

This kind of unparalleled wonderful and special great Dharma is only possessed by my benevolent Buddha Master, Namo H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III! It would have been futile had I been chanting Buddha’s name by myself, even if I ended up losing my voice doing it. There would be no guarantee that I could reach even the lower-lower level should that be the case! My benevolent Buddha Master could just raise my soul to the Western World of Ultimate Bliss at the end of my life, but Buddha Master looked at my karmic conditions and transmitted to me an unparalleled wonderful and special great Dharma where my Yidam, Amitabha Buddha, came to touch my head in person and told me about the arrangement for me to go to the middle-middle level, allowing me to rest my worries completely. As a result, I was able to put down all the baggage in my mind! I am worry-free! I will cultivate myself well, following my Buddha Master, for the rest of my life, so that I can remove the impure karma in me to correspond to the Western World of Ultimate Bliss!

I hold tremendous gratitude for my benevolent Buddha Master, Namo H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III, to allow me to personally see Namo Amitabha Buddha, to have my head touched by the Buddha, and to be given a promise. Namo H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III, however, said to me in public at that time: “Don’t thank me! What ability or merit could I have! This is the karmic connection between Amitabha Buddha and you from the beginningless time. How would I have such Dharma ability! I am a common Buddhist cultivator just like you all.” Upon hearing Him saying it, people got into a clamor to oppose it, saying: “Namo Amitabha Buddha was invited to come by none other than Buddha Master!” Buddha Master kept shaking His head and said: “People’s talk can surely be thunderous! Even I said no, you still say yes!”

My dear family and friends! I am a stage-four terminal lung cancer patient. Going through a major illness like this, I have personally experienced the misery of feeling like dying rather than living. I have no pomposity. All I have are pains in my body. I dare not say anything false to add a single shred of evil karma to me. Today, I feel blissful and happy beyond compare! I feel as if I was in a dream! All my blessings are given to me by my compassionate, benevolent Buddha Master! I didn’t dare to wish for anything at the beginning. I had never thought my benevolent Buddha Master immediately transmitted a great Dharma to me! This Buddhist disciple Yusheng holds tremendous gratitude for the compassion of the benevolent Buddha Master!

I vow to say that this recounting record is true and real, or I shall descend to the Hall of Uninterrupted Suffering! At the same time, I am willing to return the merits of this recounting to my family and friends who are still lost in the way. I am extremely fortunate that I could have paid a respectful visit to my benevolent Buddha Master, Namo H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III! I hold extreme gratitude for my benevolent Buddha Master, Namo H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III! I hold gratitude towards Namo Amitabha Buddha! And I hold gratitude towards all Buddhist disciples who are present here!

Amitabha Buddha! Dharma masters, rinpoches, kind and virtuous people, my name is Mao Meimei. I would like to tell you the special and wonderful passing of layman Zhao Yusheng, which I witnessed personally myself here. I was afraid that I might miss something, so I wrote it down.

 

 

Zhao Yusheng used to be a disciple under Chen Baosheng who told him to chant: “homage to the supreme vajra master! My achievement completely relies on my master, it is completely based on my master being happy” every day. Zhao Yusheng said that he was helping Chen Baosheng to create forgeries at the building material company which resulted in a loss of over eight hundred thousand just last year alone. He also said he helped him make false promotions to swindle people. He said: “The more I learn from Chen Baosheng, the worse I have become. Now I have got sinful karma all over myself, my body has got cancer, and I feel a lot of pain!” Zhao Yusheng knew he was hurt by the evil teachings of Chen Baosheng. He only saw Namo H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III at the late stage of his cancer. When he saw Buddha Master, he repented piously to Buddha Master. Buddha Master said to him: “It is not important to say repenting words. What is important for you is to cultivate yourself well, truly correct your bad deeds to good deeds, so that you can benefit the society and living beings.” Zhao Yusheng then repented sincerely from the bottom of the heart, vowing that he would not be a rinpoche any longer, he would not want to learn a single bit of the evil teaching anymore and he would just die without any care. All he wanted was to go to the Buddha-land. He made as a large vow as he could.

Laywoman Wang Cheng E-Fen became accomplished by practicing the Avalokiteshvara Dharma. After her cremation at the Baoguang Temple in Xindu County, Sichuan, China, she left behind more than 60 shariras (relics) of various colors as well as sharira flowers of the highest quality.
